The Real Face of Transgender Extremism

The whole transgender paradigm is built on lies.  It is based on ideas like "Women have penises," and "I someone says they are a woman, then you have to accept, without question, that they are a woman, and grant them all rights and privileges of being a woman."  In short, it is pretty much an absurd pile of absurdities.  And deep down, I believe its leadership knows this.  For example, Mr. "Autumn" Sandeen, who has tried to style himself as the "Martin Luther King, Jr" of the transgender movement, said this on Twitter....

My job is not to make you love me. It's instead.....to control the extent people can publicly express antitrans sentiments -- A Rustin thought.

Notice that Mr. Sandeen does not say, "influence" but instead says, "control."  He does't say something like "My job is to "refute false antitrans sentiments..."  For Mr. Sandeen, it is about "control."  One might ask, why is this?  The answer is simple, he is a man, and men like to be in total control.

Mr. Sandeen likes to compare the imagined plight of "transgender people" with that of African-Americans.  Of course, this is absurd.  The movement to end racial discrimination was based on people lacking rights based on a criteria that had no basis in reason, and which was rooted simply in appearance.  As hard as it is to believe in retrospect, African-Americans were considered to be "inferior" simply because of the color of the skin.  Nothing more.  Of course, in order to justify that, people made up false claims, which only the truly ignorant would remotely accept today.  

On the other hand, the issues concerning transgender people, particularly the one that is so near and dear to Mr. Sandeen's heart...the right to invade sexually segregated places, are rooted in reality.  Women simply don't want their privacy invaded by men.  Transsexuals have long used the women's room without incident, but it is the increasing invasion of those who are not transsexual, who are increasingly told they have an absolute right to go into women's spaces, provided they simply "identify" as a woman, that are the problem.

One of the most telling aspects of the whole bathroom issue is the arrogant disregard that these so-called "transwomen," have for the feelings and concerns of women.  The basic response is, "get over it."  In their mind, it is their right and privilege to enter women's private spaces, even those involving actual nudity.  

Sandeen, having falsely obtained a California birth certificate by fraudulently claiming to have completed a sex change (he is a eunuch) once made a rather arrogant remark about how he was considering going to the Michigan Womyn's Music Festival, claiming that he was now, "legally" a woman born woman.  

Like many transgender extremists, Mr. Sandeen's arrogance knows no bounds.  Just over a year ago, he tweeted this bit of arrogant silliness to Aunty Orthodox, another one of us horrible transsexual separatists....

I am a woman. I'm among those who define the space. Trans women are women, and are among those who define the space.

Uh, no.  Mr. Sandeen is a male, who has a penis (which he wishes to keep) but not his testicles...by definition, a eunuch at best, but in no sense a woman.  He fraudulently obtained a California birth certificate by lying to a judge, but that does not make him a female, and certainly not a woman.   And he certainly has no business telling women how to define their space.

No, the arrogance of transgender extremists is astounding.  Sandeen is just one example, but he is a major one.  He is complaining again that I am targeting him, and I admit, I do right about him a lot, because a) he is such a perfect example of transgender stupidity and arrogance, and b) he is a very prolific writer, so he is a rich source of material.

The Transgender Kook Triple Play

There is a pattern that seems to play out repeatedly when one deals with transgender extremists.  The more they are kooks, the more precisely it plays out….  And in my recent adventures with the Trannymaniacs I wrote about last time, it has played out very precisely.

So, what is the Transgender Kook Triple Play?  Well, it works like this…

First, they try to show you the error of your ways.  They inform you that you are wrong, and that they want to show you the "right path…"  (BTW, all of the weird grammar and spelling mistakes are in the original…just consider everything to include (sic) where appropriate.) They will be firm, but that "only want to help you out."  Here is part of what this bunch's self-appointed "messiah", Ms. "Mark" Cummings had to say at the beginning...

Transgender is not meaningless it is who you are and will always be. You can run but you cannot hide. Say all you want, scream from the top of your lungs. But you don't full anyone. Now if you feel the need to think you are a woman and that gives you peace, then by all means wish away. But you are only hurting yourself in the long run. You were not a mistake from the word go, we are here to show the world the true meaning of duality, and to think you can kill who you were, is only an act of delusion.

As I said, a bit firm, but after all, she has to set me straight…  But, he tries a somewhat softer approach after I pointed out to him that, no, I really didn't buy into his crap, and was not going to accept his advice…

You can repeat it all you want and believe it. It is your choice, your life, but the world knows otherwise. My life is amazing and I am so at peace, before I use to think like you, and I woke up. You are no more of a woman than a transgender woman who still has her penis. Your penis has been inverted but it still has male written all over it. It is fake, it does not lubricate, it does not self dilate. It is a wound at best, having that does not make you a woman. You were born a guy. You and all of us have a hormonal imbalance that makes us feel, in your case feminine and in my case masculine, but that does not make us the gender we claim we are. No matter what surgery, no matter what procedure. You are not a mistake, you don't need to prove to the world one thing. You were fine the way you were. Now I have nothing against transitioning but knowing why we are doing this and why we have been placed here on earth.

Now, she drags out some classic transgender tropes, but she also tries to be a bit condescending, but also tries to gently set me on the proper path…  And I decline to accept her correction…

At this point, Ms. Cummings' "husband," Mr. "Jessica" Cummings joins the discussion…

Actually Jennifer I am post op and had my surgery in April of 2013 just FYI. I identify as a woman but I am proud to be Transgender so your fetish theory holds no water with me. We are all equal unfourtunately some of us that are proud of who we are post real pictures of ourselves and those of us that are ashamed hide behind fake photos such as a cartoon character.

Now, I had pretty much told Ms. Cummings that I was not buying into their crap in no uncertain terms.  I was already seeing a bit of what was going on, but I hadn't read enough to know the depths of insanity this group holds..  For example, while I would come to suspect something was amiss, I did not yet know for certain that Mr. Cummings was lying through his teeth when he claimed to be "post-op."  Yes, he, like Mr. "Autumn" Sandeen is a post-op eunuch, not a transsexual.  And I had not made the connection that he was the "husband" of Ms. Cummings.

Now, he drags out some classic transgender tropes, but he also tries to be a bit condescending, but also tries to gently set me on the proper path…  More classic transgender silliness…"shame," "hiding," etc.  In their mind, someone who is leading a normal, quiet, and happy life as a woman is somehow actually miserable, ashamed, hiding, and in need of correction.

Of course, when this approach fails to work, the second stage of the Transgender Kook Triple Play is to start insulting the person they are arguing with.  As sure as the sun rises, the insults will come out.  The break is not always clearly defined, and there is usually some mixing of the two…

I don't care if you agree or disagree with me, I don't need your validity or anyone elses. I am speaking my mind and that I am entitled to do. And yes I have walked my life in both genders as have you and as all other trans people. Glad we provided you with amusement since your lonely ass has nothing else better to do. I am sure dilating gets boring after awhile and since you have not been able to use that expensive man made vagina, I wonder how much regret you actually have and need to boost yourself by saying you are better than us trannies who won't put ourselves through that unnecessary procedure that at best won't be able to satisfy anyone, not even yourself. You did come and throw the first stone, by saying transgender is meaningless therefore, you must understand that we don't take very lightly to snobby transsexual women who are uptight due to lack of sexual pleasure and filled with regrets.

Actually, she clearly does care, and she clearly needs my validity.  Now, keep in mind the irony of the statement that she is "speaking my mind and that I am entitled to do," given that she repeatedly informed me that I have no right to not identify as transgender.  Now, it should be noted, I never said I was better, and actually said there was no basis for comparison.  My position throughout this discussion, including what started the whole mess, was simply to point out that the idea of a "transgender hierarchy" was bogus, in part, because the ones supposedly at the top are not necessarily transgender.  

And yes, I said "transgender is meaningless" because, well, it is.  It is an artificial, social/political construct that is highly subjective and which has no objective basis.  In reality, the only criteria for being "transgender" is if one chooses, of one's own volition, to identify as transgender.  Of course, this offends the extremists, who, as much as anything, need numbers.  And they wish to use transsexuals as their "beards" to hide behind. 

Now, when things really get rough, they bring out their favorite insult, and violate Godwin's Law…

I can't believe these HBS nazis have to be just like the TERF is today. Because that's why their scientific theories are not being taken serious and the proposal of having the term transsexual changed to HBS is thus rejected.
There is a page dedicated to debunking the entire series of claims made by HBS nazis who tried to get a page up on Wikipedia.

Now, at this point, they have effectively lost the argument…but, hey, the funs only starting.  I will spare you the endless back and forth of nasty insults.  I admit, I was not exactly kind in my responses, but as I have said many times, I don't suffer fools, or bigots, well.  And when you are dealing with she extremely foolish bigots…it is not going to be pretty.  But the main thing I did was meet their stupidity with facts, and that, of course, just made them madder, and madder, which brings us to the final stage of the transgender triple play…the inevitable end of battle.  But first, we should look at a bit of irony…

This band of kooks chose to use the image I have on this blog in their attacks on me.  Now, the content of this blog is copyright, by me, and as they say, all rights are reserved.  I don't object to "fair use," but copying my artwork and using it as they did is not fair use.  Quoting is fair use, but taking an image is not (ironically, because of this, I did find out that some bizarre plastic surgery blog, which is not in English, has actually stolen my image as well.  Not much I can do, as I assume it is hosted in China, which does not recognize copyright as a rule…but sort of weird…and a little creepy…).  When I notified them of this, they went totally loopy, claiming I was trying to censor them.  No, I simply said, "Remove the image you stole."  I did not say, "Take down the silly insults you have thrown at me…" or "Remove the outrageous claims you make on your blog…" or even "Stop lying about having had surgery you haven't had…"  No, I did not try to censor them…BUT….

Yes, in the classic endgame for a transgender kook, they played the censorship card.  Mr. Cummings has this to say...

@ Jennifer we have Sat back and entertained your childish actions on every article. It is getting old. We have yet to censor you and shut you up but if it keeps up much longer I will personally start deleting everyone of your comnents from this point forward. So you can waste your time babbling your hypocritical, disrespectful, and manly comments and I will simply make then disappear. Poof =)

And, after I pointed out the irony of this, in light of them doing an entire blog post on their false claim of being censored (Really, this people have NO sense of irony, no sense of humor, and well, no sense, period….) one of them replied:

Well you getting blocked won't be determined by the amount of farm animals you've f****d, but by the amount of stupidity and hate you put into pixels in these commentsections. I take it you've blocked people on your blog too since you're so privacy sensitive about things you've put into the public domain! Ouch! That had to hurt. (And yes, I did censor the profanity in this one…)

My reply to this one was, quite simply, factual…

ROTFL! Well, I guess you should block me then, since I would never match you on the first (since, as I said, I don't engage in your sexual practices, sir…and if you actually thought, about it, you would realize just how incredibly ignorant AND impossible such a suggestion is) and I am also not going to make stupid remarks, since I clearly disagree with your idiocy. But, as you point out, Blogger (alas) does not have a blocking function. And again, your understanding of "public domain" versus copyright is laughable. Hurt, only in the sense that it always hurts to see someone so completely, and woefully lacking in knowledge.

And I still love the irony of you all whining about censorship, and then threatening it because you realize you are actually losing the argument. Classic transgender mentality.

And, of course, they removed my post…along with another, earlier one, where I pointed out, in response to a similar childish remark suggesting that I live in Texas, and well, engage in what I can only assume is a sexual practice this person is quite obsessed with…he keeps mentioning it) along with the suggest that I should therefore "copyright animals"…

Well, first off, I don't live in Texas, nor do I engage in your sexual practices. I do however understand the difference between copyright law, and patent law. You see, copyright applies to creative works, like writing, art, photographs, and movies. It would not apply to an animal. Patent law would, but only if you invent something sufficiently new. Now, genetic modifications are covered, so it would be possible to patent an animal, but one has to keep in mind that patents are in effect a much shorter time than a copyright. Now, sir, it is obvious that your statement was, as usual, mind numbingly ignorant, but that is to be expected.

Anyway, this has all been fun…I admit a certain guilty pleasure in giving kooks fits…and I could sort of see how it would end…it almost always does, unless someone higher up the food chain prevents it (as has happened at LGBT Weekly where Mr. Sandeen is not allowed to censor like he would like to).  I will probably occasionally monitor these kooks, and bring you response to anything truly insane, as I do with other kooks.

Uh, No, That's Not Quite the Truth....

In yet another "Autumn" Sandeen story, we have a lie being perpetuated across the Internet by GLAAD.  They state that Mr. Sandeen is the first "transgender  service member to publicly have "her" (sic) gender marker changed on all military documents.  While he might well be the first transgender service member to make a complete ass of himself in public crowing like a banty rooster over having his paperwork changed to reflect a lie based on fraudulent documentation, he is not the first as was documented by several statements made in response to his posting on LGBT Weekly.

From the way this reads things have actually changed for the worst. When I changed my retired USAF ID card in 1986 all I did was go into the personnel office at the nearest facility, show my old id, court ordered name change, and letter from my therapist.

The only bump was that the clerk said “I’m sorry mam. Your husband is going to have to come in himself”. That required a few words of explanation.

All official mail comes in the right name. The VA here (Portland) is fine with my transition. There seem to be quite a few of us in the area.

And as if that lie were not enough, the article is also inaccurate in saying that ALL of Mr. Sandeen's military documents were updated.  In spite of his best efforts to rewrite history (this is the idiot who now tries to claim that his fraudulent birth certificate makes him a "woman born woman") the Navy will not retroactively change the details of his actual service.  

And, changing one’s recorded name and/or gender at the DOD won’t result in being able to obtain an updated DD214 – a servicemember’s Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty. According to the Army Board for Correction of Military Records’ Applicant’s Guide To Applying To The Army Board For Correction Of Military Records:

“If you have a name, gender, or social security number (SSN) change after discharge from the military, even if it is court ordered, the name and gender on your military records will not be changed since they are historical documents which record facts during the time you served in the military. If you need a certificate to show your current name or gender and that you served in the military under another, you can request such from the National Personnel Records Center, Military Personnel Records …”

So, bottom line, Sandeen used his fraudulent claim to have actually had SRS (he was castrated, which makes him a eunuch, not a female) to con the Navy into updating his "gender" on his documentation, which is something they have done for some time, but according to GLAAD he is not only the first, but has done something even he admits he did not really do.

Uh, yeah, that's pretty much how it goes....

Mr. Sandeen Can't Hide From the Truth

Well. apparently the man who loves censorship has convinced LGBT Weekly to again let him hide from the truth. For a while, they seemed to be preventing him from his usual tricks. Then he posted a self-aggrandizing piece called A decade of Autumn. When challenged on the fact that he clearly engaged in fraud when he obtained a falsified birth certificate, Mr. Sandeen first tried avoiding the issue, then finally published a link to a fact sheet from the Transgender Law Center on the law that streamlined the process.  Then, when certain facts, like the fact that the doctor who castrated him (the full extent of his surgery) was contacted, and without making reference to any specific patient, stated that anyone claiming that he had said that castration was a basis for claiming a change of sex was mistaken, and that he remains a male physically, he started having comments removed.  In another words, Mr. Sandeen conned his doctor, and lied to the courts, and does not want the truth to come out at LGBT Weekly.  

Then, the real irony is, the site flagged for moderation a post that quotes the San Francisco Superior Court as saying:

In order to ask the Court for a gender change, you have to give the Court an affidavit from your physician documenting the sex change. You must have undergone gender reassignment surgery in order to ask for a gender change order. 

This contradicts Mr. Sandeen's claims.  There are not specifics on the San Diego Superior Court site, but since this is based on State law, it has to be assumed that the standards are the same.  Mr. Sandeen has not had "gender reassignment surgery" (an absurd term pushed by TG extremists) and his sex has not been changed.

Apparently, Mr. Sandeen is getting all comments blocked without approval now.  Typical.  He hates the truth, and lies when he claims that he is a transsexual.  He is not a transsexual, not a woman, and most assuredly not a female.

 

Lies, Damn Lies, Statistics, and Mr. Sandeen's Birth Certificate

Well, "Autumn" Sandeen is at it again.  He has posted a blog entry over at LGBT Weekly in which he makes the completely absurd claim that he is now a "womon born womon," so to speak.  As you may recall, Mr. Sandeen had himself castrated a while back, and then perjured himself before a judge in San Diego in order to get his birth certificate changed.  Sadly, no one followed through on plans to make an appearance and challenge this action.

Now, Sandeen claims that the illegally obtained piece of paper means that he was "born a woman."  Sorry, but NO!!!  HE WAS NOT!!!  He is not, has never been, and will never be a woman.  He simply lacks, to use a term from theology, "valid matter."  Mr. Sandeen shows no sign of being a woman.  His behavior, and his inherent nature is male.

In fact, his very approach to the concept of being a "woman" is very male.  Like many "transgender" men who wish to claim to be women, he sees to see womanhood as something to be taken, demanded even.  When I began transition, it was not with an attitude of entitlement, but with a desire to be accepted.  I did not feel I had an inherent right to be a woman, even though I felt I truly was one.  I felt like I had to show that I was a woman.  If I could not do this, then I felt, perhaps I was mistaken.

Men, like Mr. Sandeen, seek to achieve their "female" status by decree.  It does not matter what the evidence says, they are women because they have a piece of paper that says they are a woman.  They demand that society submit to their delusions.  It is, after all, their entitlement.  Sorry, but that is simply wrong.

Sandeen demands that people accept that he is a woman, even though he has, and clearly intends to keep, his penis. He is no different from "Colleen" Francis, forcing himself into women's spaces, even though he has no business being there, and is really not wanted.

No one with a shred of sense would ever truly accept Sandeen as a woman. He is, at best, a very poor caricature of a very male concept of how a woman acts. A sort of a bad drag act. Sadly, this is apparently how he really sees women. Sandeen is, quite simply, a major argument for the radfem's point of view.

If He Would Stop Lying, Perhaps Mr. Sandeen Would Feel Better

"Autumn" Sandeen, the Eunuch Who Would Be Queen, is again whining about his mental illness and how down he has been lately.  Ironically, the answer is right there, staring him in the face, practically slapping him silly trying to get his attention, but he keeps ignoring it.

He is depressed because he is trying to be something he is not, and deep down, he knows it.

Sandeen is the classic crossdresser who gets bored and tries to become a transsexual so he can keep the thrills going.  The classic example of this was Renee Richards, who tries, desperately, to deny that he made a mistake, even though it is clear that he did, and that he knows it.  I have suggested to several therapists that they read Richards' book to better understand what should be red flags indicating that a person should not be considered for SRS.  Such an intervention might have helped Sandeen who shows much the same sort of history as Richards.

Sandeen says:

On a certain level, it feels like I’m internally fighting for my survival as a woman because of external efforts to define me as a man. And internally for me, this is at the intersection of being a trans woman and being disabled due to mental illness.

Of course, Sandeen is not a woman in any sense of the word.  He is a male-gendered, male bodied person who is trying to rebel against gender norms.  He cannot change his brain, which is clearly and immutably male.  He has not remotely changed his body to be female (though that would just make him what would effectively be a sort of pseudo-FTM.  We have more than a few of those already.

Like most men, Sandeen refuses to admit to error.  He has chose this path, and he intends to stubbornly see it through.  I suspect his castration was motivated by a desire to prove that he was man enough to become a woman, making a sacrifice that would upset a lesser man too much.  

Sandeen cannot "survive" as a woman, since he isn't a woman to begin with.  He cannot be what he is not.  And deep down, he really does not want to be.  He wants to be a "gender rebel," like "Kate" Bornstein, another highly disturbed individual who mistakenly thought surgery was the answer to his demons.

Those external efforts that Sandeen complains about are called reality.  He has a penis.  He is a man.  End of story.  He has attempted what is, effectively, a legal fraud and he committed perjury to accomplish this.  He basically lied and claimed to have changed his sex, when he has not.  When he is careful, he speaks of "legally changing his gender," which is an absurd idea.  

First off, according to the way that Sandeen would normally define the word, it is neither a legal concept, or subject to change.  If one could change one's gender, transsexuals would be treated mentally, rather than physically.  There would be no basis for sex reassignment surgery.  We would simply have our "gender" changed to match our bodies.  

Gender, we are told, is what is between our ears, sex is what is between our legs.  In the case of a true or classic transsexual, the gender is truly different from the sex.  In Sandeen's case, the gender and the sex are the same, and the issue is one of transgression.  Sandeen is rebelling against what he really is, choosing to become, in effect, a "man in a dress."  He wants the world to know he is a man, but he wants to force the world to call him a woman.  It is a control issue, which of course, is typically male.

The simple fact is, Sandeen is lying, and he knows he is lying.  He knows he is not really a woman, and that he never will be one.  He doesn't really want to be one, but he wants to force society to accept him as one.  The reality of his situation is ever with him.  He whines, he complains, he accuses others of intolerance when they will not pander to his lies, but he knows he will never really change things to his warped concept of reality.  And that makes him depressed.

Perhaps if he simply accepted reality, and stopped trying to deny it, he might feel better.  He has been able to fraudulently obtain a court document that says he is female, but he is not female.  He is now applying to change his birth certificate to reflect this fraud.  He has tried to tell himself that this will make it all better.  But he knows the truth.  He will continue to be a man, and nothing will ever change that.  Better that he accept his, and be happy being a "gender rebel," than trying to force people to pander to his demands.  It simply is never going to happen.  He may force clerks to put on a false smile, and say "Ma'am" to him, but he knows when his back is turned, they are snickering and saying, "Whoa, it's a dude..."  And that is why he is so depressed.

More idiocy from Mr. Sandeen...

Well, about a week ago, "Autumn" Sandeen was back whining about the supposed "cyberharassment" he claims he was subjected to surrounding his effort to get a fraudulent birth certificate that indicates that he is "female."  Of course this is just silliness.  He let everyone know that he planned to effectively defraud a court by claiming to have had SRS when he has only been castrated.  He seems to expect that he should be able to commit a fraud and not be challenged.


He made a very questionable claim concerning the documentation he received from the doctor who castrated him, and when some contacted that doctor and asked if he really considered castration to be "full SRS" he said he did not.  This of course led to Sandeen waiting until a change in the law took effect which simply makes it easier for people to fraudulently claim to have changed their sex.  Sandeen has tried to claim that the law allows for men to become "legally female," but that is not the case.  It just lowers the standards for what documentation is required, making it easier for a doctor to facilitate a fraud.  I am sure Sandeen did not tell the court that he still has his penis.


Sandeen has tried to claim that the doctor violated HIPPA when all that really happened is that the doctor's office made a general statement about their policies without reference to Sandeen.  But the way that Sandeen tells it, they violated his privacy, which is basically a self-serving bit of drama on his part.


And of course, as previously documented here, Sandeen has done his share of cyber harassment himself.  


Now, Sandeen has published what anyone could easily find.  He has revealed that his birth name is Stephen Mark Sandeen.  It is kind of funny how he was so secretive about it.  I have known his birth name for some time.  All you have to do is search the court records for "Sandeen" and name changes in San Diego.  I guess Sandeen figured it was only a matter of time before someone bothered to do it.  I choose not to reveal what I found out.  It would have just given Sandeen another reason to play the martyr.  


I am sure for Sandeen, it is a bit of a thrill.  I am honestly surprised he did not do it sooner.  He is clearly more interested in being a "woman with a penis" than anything remotely resembling a real female.  This latest bit of theater, which I suspect was triggered by the realization that his birth name is no big secret, is somewhat akin to the classic end to a drag act, where the queen would whip his wig off, so there is no question that he is really a man, and that his act is all an illusion.


The bottom line is, Sandeen is not a transsexual, is not a woman, and never will be.  He is another male crossdresser who, after a long career as a man, has decided to take up his "hobby," or more correctly, fetish, in his retirement.  He shows no sign of actually being a woman, and seems clueless about what women actually think or feel.  Sadly, he desperately needs and seeks attention, which means he pushes him forward as the face of transgender, which he misrepresents as including transsexuals.

Not a Woman, But Possibly a Sociopath

Well, now that he has pulled off his "legal" fiction "Autumn" Sandeen is now whining about how he was "cyberbullied".  Now, first off, that is basically a complete load of crap, and second, it shows that Sandeen is not only not a woman, and certainly not remotely a female, but is quite frankly a sociopath, someone who suffers from Antisocial Personality Disorder.  I told in the past how Sandeen actually did cyberstalk me.  What happened with Sandeen was simply a completely appropriate discussion of what, at the time, would have been appropriate steps to challenge an attempted fraud.

ICD-10 defines Antisocial Personality Disorder as someone showing at least three of the following criteria:

1. Callous unconcern for the feelings of others.
2. Gross and persistent attitude of irresponsibility and disregard for social norms, rules, and obligations.
3. Incapacity to maintain enduring relationships, though having no difficulty in establishing them.
4. Very low tolerance to frustration and a low threshold for discharge of aggression, including violence.
5. Incapacity to experience guilt or to profit from experience, particularly punishment.
6. Markedly prone to blame others or to offer plausible rationalizations for the behavior that has brought the person into conflict with society.

There is no question that Sandeen clearly appears to meets criteria 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6.  Not enough is known to conclusively state he might meet criteria 3.


Sandeen repeatedly ignores the fact that many do not wish to be lumped in with "transgender, and gender nonconforming people," and yet he continues to use the term "transgender, transsexual, and gender nonconforming people" as though they belong together.  He also has shown little regard for people's feelings in a number of ways, including his cyberstalking of myself.


The second one pretty much speaks for itself.  For example, Sandeen has claimed that his "legal change of gender" would allow him to legally marry a man, even though Sandeen still has his penis and is not remotely a female, or a woman.


Sandeen has exhibited, and bragged about violent acts against people who questioned his being a woman.


He shows no guilt for his actions against me, but is outraged that something for less serious was aimed at him.


And again, he is blaming others for objecting to his previous plan to commit would would, at the time, have been a legal fraud.


Sandeen was able to obtain a "legal change of gender" because transgender extremists have managed to con the state legislature into rewriting state law vaguely enough that there appears to be a legal loophole that would allow a physician to fraudulently imply that a patient has undergone sex reassignment when they actually have not, and more importantly for Sandeen, have disallowed challenges to such a claim.


This last is at the heart of Sandeen's complaint about being cyberbullied.  He bragged online about how he planned to perpetuate such a fraud, and he objected when people discussed taking legal steps to prevent it.  He then stated that he planned to wait until the new law was in effect, to avoid such a legal challenge.


Interesting...Sandeen attempts to do real harm, but thinks HE is being cyberstalked when someone discusses trying to prevent him from committing what would have been a crime.  Well, of course that does certainly fit criteria 2 above.


So no, Sandeen is not remotely a woman, and never will be, but he clearly appears to meet the criteria for being a sociopath.  Of course, I am not a licensed professional, and would not presume to make a diagnosis, but that is certainly how it appears to me.

Mr. Sandeen is Now a Eunuch

Well, "Autumn" Sandeen has announced that he has completed his "gender affirmation surgery."  Actually, that is an interesting choice of terms.  He was, fraudulently, calling it genital reconstruction surgery, but nothing was being reconstructed.  He just had his testicles removed. He is trying to spin this by carrying on about how traumatic this would be for a man.  But in his case, it is "gender affirmation surgery."  It affirms he is a man, and a male.  He is no closer to being a woman than he was before.  He has retained his penis, and that is what is really important to him.


Now, a lot of transsexuals have an orchidectomy as a prelude to SRS.  It reduces the amount of estrogen one has to take, and eliminates the need for testosterone blockers.  But that is not what is happening with Mr.  Sandeen.  He is not planning further surgery.  He does not want a vagina.   He wants to be a "woman with a penis."  


He now plans to petition to have his birth certificate changed.  I seriously hope the courts block this fraud, and ideally he should be prosecuted for attempting to do so.  Then he can be a martyr for the cause, and write about another experience in jail.

Now There is No Question...

Many have raised questions about "Autumn" Sandeen's rather bizarre "Wiener Story of the Day" that occasionally appears in his "This and That" posts.  What was the significance of this?  Was Mr. Sandeen just a major fan of hot dogs, or was this meant as some sort of perverse pun?  It seemed even more of a question when Mr. Sandeen falsely claimed that he was having "genital reconstruction surgery."  He is having a castration, and is becoming a male eunuch, not a female.


Well, now there is no question.  In a new post, any question is removed.  Here is what Mr. Sandeen has to say about wiener's this time:

Yes, and now we know what Mr. Sandeen means when he says, "As always, 'The weenie tempts you!' "

So, Which Is It?

"Autumn" Sandeen has posted another rant against a radical feminist who opposes "transgenderism."  In this rant, which seems most geared towards pushing Mr. Sandeen's favorite cause, which is censorship of anyone who disagrees with him, he includes the following quote from Sheila Jefferys:

Since transsexualism is socially constructed then it is important to consider how to counter the promotion of the practice.

...The medical profession need not direct the gender dissatisfied to surgery. Counselling is possible to encourage clients to take a more political approach to their situation and to realize that they can rebel against the constraints of a prescribed gender role, and relate to their own sex in their native bodies. Unfortunately many doctors are so convinced of the existence of a phenomenon they define as transsexualism that they do not offer any approach apart from self-mutilation.

 Now, what puzzles me is that this could just as easily be a quote from, oh say, "Monica" Helms, or "Monica" Roberts, two leaders of the "They Will Take My Penis When They Pry My Cold Dead Fingers From It" Club.  I mean, how many times have we seen transgender extremists, including Mr. Sandeen, attack transsexuals who insist that surgery is the defining issue separating transgender and transsexual?


And how many times have we seen transgender extremists attack people for having surgery, claiming that we should, in effect, learn to rebel against the constraints of a prescribed gender role while keeping our penis?  Oh, wait, that's just what Mr. Sandeen plans to do.  Remember his fraud, claiming he is having "genital reconstruction surgery" when all he is having is a castration, and then bragging about how he is going to use this to defraud the State of California into changing his birth certificate?  I can guarantee you, he will not likely tell the judge the full story.  He will present paperwork claiming he has had surgery to change his sex, and that will be a fraud.


And he will be doing just what he complains about Jefferys saying

Facts Versus Fantasy

"Autumn" Sandeen has announced that he is having "genital reconstruction surgery."  Except, well, he isn't.  Not even close.  He is lying, at the very least to himself, and really to anyone foolish enough to believe his bizarre fantasy.  You see, what Mr. Sandeen is having is, not "genital reconstruction surgery" but instead, is simply an orchidectomy.  He is not becoming a complete female.  He is becoming an eunuch, a castrated male.  

He starts off his little trip down fantasy lane with:

There are women of color and there are disabled women; there are lesbians and there are women of faith; there are mothers and there are servicewomen; there are women veterans and bisexual women -- and that's hardly an exhaustive list of the subcategories of women. Women's experience intersects with multiple labels and multiple identities; each woman's experience is complex, and not solely described within the confines of the "female" and "woman" found within western society's binary sex and gender norms.

I guess what he is trying to say is "There are women with penises."  Because that is what he believes he is, and what he believes he will be after his imaginary "Genital Reconstruction Surgery."  Many years ago, one of the first books I read on issues of transsexualism and transvestitism was Robert Stoller's Sex and Gender: On the Development of Masculinity and Femininity.  It has been a number of years since I looked at this book, but one of the things I remember from it was Stoller talking about how transvestites have fantasies about being a woman with a penis.  At the time, this seemed to me to be a quite absurd idea.  Stoller based this, in part, on a review of pornography of the variety that features images of what, at first, appears to be a quite attractive woman...until you notice the penis that is exposed. 


Over the years, I rejected Stoller's ideas as just another example of the silliness of Freudian analysis which often seems to seek absurd causes for various mental illness and condition that seem absurd.  Another of Stoller's claims, which is quite silly, is that all transvestites were dressed as girls by their mothers or other females as a child.  While this may be true in some cases, I doubt it is true in all cases.  This plays into the kind of "forced femininity" fantasies that some transvestites show.


While much of Stoller's ideas seem a bit absurd, I have begun to realize there is some accuracy in the concept of men having fantasies of being "women with penises."  You see this in those who plot to get their birth certificates changed to declare themselves to be "legally" female while remaining physically male.  And you see this in someone like Mr. Sandeen claiming to be having "genital reconstruction surgery" when all he is really doing is getting castrated and becoming a eunuch.


Now, don't get me wrong.  I am not remotely suggesting that Mr. Sandeen should have sex reassignment surgery.  That would be a tragic mistake.  Clearly, he is not a woman, and losing his penis would be emotionally traumatic.  What I am suggesting is that Mr. Sandeen start facing reality.  Calling himself a woman just because he likes to play dress up is dishonest at best, or at worst delusional.  Calling castration "genital reconstruction surgery" is an insult to real transsexuals who have worked and suffered to get the real thing.  And claiming to be a woman with a penis is just silly.
