Caught in a Lie and Looking Foolish
I wondered how they would react to that question, since they could not possibly have such a link, and well, Mr. Cummings is scrambling to cover his…uh, posterior. He is claiming that I am the anonymous poster, that he won't provide the (non-existent) information until the poster identifies who they are, and so on. Of course, since these posts don't actually exist, and he therefore cannot remotely post a link to them, it all becomes rather humorous. I mean, why would it matter if I were the person asking the question? If it were me, and it is isn't, I would certainly not ask that question if the information did exist. And let's be blunt here…if the information did exist, they would have not only posted a link in the article, they would have posted a screen capture as well. These are not the brightest bulbs in the string.
And let me reiterate, I did not have SRS for anyone other than myself. I had it because I had a need to have, and nothing else. If someone honestly wishes to believe I didn't have it, that is their delusion to believe it. It does not change the fact that I have had SRS, it does not make me magically change back into a male, and it does not make Mr. Cummings any less of a male eunuch, or into any semblance of a woman. It only means that a person believes in something false.
Now clearly, they are not at all happy that I am commenting on them here, since Mr. Cummings is boasting that he plans to prevent me from reading their "blog." Well, if he thinks he can do that, he is in for a very major surprise. Another transgender kook tried the same thing. Mr. "Dana Lane" Taylor, the "Milk Man" himself, though he could block me, and yet, I was able to read his blog at will… Actually, there are a several ways, one relatively obvious, others not so obvious. I won't say how….that would be spoilers, but it is trivial.
Stay tuned for more updates on the insanity at Shame on You Transgender Edition, a new low in transgender kookiness on the Internet.

"You can't handle the truth!"
The Toronto Star has published this claim – without noting that the claim is a hoax, or at the very least is an anonymous and unverified claim – twice now. This is actually a repeat of what is said in an earlier paragraph that referred, quite contradictorily, to the entire story as a HOAX, in a story that repeatedly used the term "hoax" to refer to the entire claim.
Of course, this came after I pointed out that Mr. Williams had no real basis to show that the story was actually false, and was simply making them claim without any real basis. Now, it turns out that the Toronto Star has been able to contact the author…that the YMCA has admitted receiving complaints…and that, it is much more likely that the story is true.
So, how has Mr. Williams reacted? Has he admitted his error? Has he admitted engaging in what basically amounts to a cover-up? Has he faced reality, and dealt with the very real likelihood that a transgender male was parading around a Toronto YMCA, with a full erection, harassing females?
Are you kidding? Of course NOT!
To use his own words, he has "doubled down" on his attempted cover-up.
Of course, Mr. Williams, along with his comrade in lies, Mr. "Autumn" Sandeen, know that the truth is not their friend. They have to hide the truth. They have to perpetuate the illusion that "transgender people" never act in improper ways. Because, quite frankly…
They can't handle the truth!!!!

A Whopper of a Lie
In the article, Mr. Williams makes this assertion:
The real Trans Day of Remembrance gives trans people a chance to honor the memory of those whose lives were cut short through anti-trans violence. Remembrance affords members of the trans community an opportunity to publicly acknowledge our humanity, our loss and our strength as a community. The TERF DOR site attempts to use the death of trans people to promote the TERF belief that it is not the confluence of cis-privilege and transphobia which leads to the slaughter of trans people, but rather something they call “male violence” – that is, the belief that men are inherently violent by virtue of their maleness.
Paradoxically, TERFs believe, assert and promote that transwomen are men.First off, it is NOT transphobia, or "anti-trans violence" that leads to the murder in most cases. It is HOMOPHOBIA. Of course, "transphobia" is a neologism that was cooked up by the transgender extremist in what was originally a rather silly bit of plagiarism of the term "homophobia," and which now is apparently being used to cover-up the fact that it really is homophobia that gets so--called "trans women" murdered.
The simple fact of the matter, which the transgender extremists seem to have decided to cover up, is that so-called "trans women" are not murdered because they are "trans," and certainly not because they are "women," and without question not because of the "transphobia" of the TERFs, but for the simple, undeniable fact that they are....MEN! MALES! HUMAN BEINGS WITH PENISES!!! Wow, what a shocker that must be for some.
Seriously. Transgender people most often get killed because some guys suddenly realizes that what he thought was a woman, turns out to be a man, and he is suddenly confronted with a horrible, though often somewhat irrational, thought. He was attracted, sexually, to a man. And that would mean he is, gay. So, he freaks out. Now, if he stopped and thought for a moment, he might realize that he was attracted to a woman, but that it turns out that what he thought was a woman...what he was attracted to, is actually a male, and well, he is no longer attracted, and thus is not remotely gay, and so he has nothing to worry about in that regard, and it was all a simple misunderstanding, and he should just move on.
But, he we are talking about men here. They are not always going to stop and think things through. They are going to react, irrationally, and violently, not because of some imaginary "transphobia," but because of good, old-fashioned, homophobia. Which is actually a pretty accurate use of the term in this case.
Now, the transgender community is being confronted with this fact by the radical feminists. They are pointing out that men can be, and often are, quite violent. The transgender extremists, who are of course, men, are upset by this. It is quite telling that a bunch of men, who claim to "really" be women, can't seem to grasp something most women learn early on. Men can be, and often are, violent. Yes, women can be violent. But not nearly as much as men. It would be interesting to know, out of all the so-called "trans women" killed in a given year, and honored as the fallen martyrs at each year's Transgender Day of Remembrance, were actually killed by a woman.
The claim is made in a post that Mr. Williams links to, that "1 in 12" transgender persons is murdered. The claim is never backed up, but the author goes out of his way to avoid admitting that someone simply made this number up. Quite simply, it is absurd on the face of it. But this is the sort of bad "evidence" that is used by the transgender extremists to cover their lies.
Sorry, but the idea that "trans women" are killed because of "cis-privilege" is a new low, even for Mr. Williams, who can come up with some pretty stupid claims.

A Curious Discovery
Much to my further surprise, I discovered that a number of them were repeats of a single comment from none other than "Autumn" Sandeen, the noted gender fascist and eunuch. The comments were in response to my challenge to his attempt to obtain a passport as a "female" by taking advantage of an outrageous loophole provided by the Obama administration that allows men who can get a doctor to write a note to fraudulently claim to be females.
Mr. Sandeen proceeded to whine about how he was just following the new rules, and was not claiming to have actually completed changing his sex.
Now, I admit, he has a point...as well as a "pointer" but that comment now seems awfully ironic in light of his actual fraudulent act of obtaining a California birth certificate as a female. Unlike Federal regulations (which can, and probably will be changed by a future administation, California law does not really allow a man, with a penis, to claim to be a woman. In fact, here in San Francisco, where you would expect the rules to be the loosest, the paperwork specifically states that you must have completed sex reassignment surgery, None of this "completed transition" silliness that Sandeen's fraud involved.
So, he not only did what he denied he was doing with the passport application, he bragged about it online. I wonder...if Sandeen is ever arrested and prosecuted for his perjury, will he claim that his birth certificate entitles him to serve his time in a women's prison?

Not a Woman, But Possibly a Sociopath
There is no question that Sandeen clearly appears to meets criteria 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6. Not enough is known to conclusively state he might meet criteria 3.
- Callous unconcern for the feelings of others.
- Gross and persistent attitude of irresponsibility and disregard for social norms, rules, and obligations.
- Incapacity to maintain enduring relationships, though having no difficulty in establishing them.
- Very low tolerance to frustration and a low threshold for discharge of aggression, including violence.
- Incapacity to experience guilt or to profit from experience, particularly punishment.
- Markedly prone to blame others or to offer plausible rationalizations for the behavior that has brought the person into conflict with society.
Sandeen repeatedly ignores the fact that many do not wish to be lumped in with "transgender, and gender nonconforming people," and yet he continues to use the term "transgender, transsexual, and gender nonconforming people" as though they belong together. He also has shown little regard for people's feelings in a number of ways, including his cyberstalking of myself.
The second one pretty much speaks for itself. For example, Sandeen has claimed that his "legal change of gender" would allow him to legally marry a man, even though Sandeen still has his penis and is not remotely a female, or a woman.
Sandeen has exhibited, and bragged about violent acts against people who questioned his being a woman.
He shows no guilt for his actions against me, but is outraged that something for less serious was aimed at him.
And again, he is blaming others for objecting to his previous plan to commit would would, at the time, have been a legal fraud.
Sandeen was able to obtain a "legal change of gender" because transgender extremists have managed to con the state legislature into rewriting state law vaguely enough that there appears to be a legal loophole that would allow a physician to fraudulently imply that a patient has undergone sex reassignment when they actually have not, and more importantly for Sandeen, have disallowed challenges to such a claim.
This last is at the heart of Sandeen's complaint about being cyberbullied. He bragged online about how he planned to perpetuate such a fraud, and he objected when people discussed taking legal steps to prevent it. He then stated that he planned to wait until the new law was in effect, to avoid such a legal challenge.
Interesting...Sandeen attempts to do real harm, but thinks HE is being cyberstalked when someone discusses trying to prevent him from committing what would have been a crime. Well, of course that does certainly fit criteria 2 above.
So no, Sandeen is not remotely a woman, and never will be, but he clearly appears to meet the criteria for being a sociopath. Of course, I am not a licensed professional, and would not presume to make a diagnosis, but that is certainly how it appears to me.

No, The Correct Pronoun Is Still "He."
He made it clear in his past article that he was unwilling to part with his penis. At that point, he was claiming he was going to have "genital reconstruction surgery," but after numerous people pointed out that nothing was being reconstructed, he seems to have abandoned that false claim. Now, it is true that some transsexuals have an orchidectomy in advance of full SRS. They do this to reduce the amount of hormones they take. Mr. Sandeen has made it clear that this is the only surgery he plans to have.
Worse, he has made it clear that the reason he had this surgery is so he can perpetuate a fraud against the State of California in an attempt to change his birth certificate. Hopefully, someone will raise objections to this, and he will be blocked, and perhaps even prosecuted for perjury. For those who are interested the calendar for the San Diego court which will likely be hearing this case can be found here. Providing copies of Mr. Sandeen's blog posts to the court should prove interesting.
In his latest, and according to him, last post on the subject he makes the statement:
Quite a number of transsexual women believe vaginoplasties are a requirement to fully transition from man to woman. I believe instead that I was female before my orchiectomy, female afterwards, and female still should I ever have a vaginoplasty. Genital surgery is used by many transsexuals to affirm gender, but it doesn’t create male or female gender in the first place. No, all transsexual women believe vaginoplasties are a requirement to fully transition from man to woman. Women do not have penises. That is common sense for the vast majority of the human race. But not for the delusional extremists of the transgender movement. And no, it is clear that Mr. Sandeen has never been female in any sense, and will never be female since one cannot change one's gender by changing one's mind.
Mr. Sandeen served successfully, as a male, in the Navy for twenty years. No transsexual would be able to accomplish this. It is bad enough when someone has had a long, successful career as a male, with no significant problems, and then claims to be a transsexual. It is completely laughable when that career was in the military. Yes, women serve in the military, but they serve in a different environment than men. The culture is significantly different.
So, I, and I am sure many others, have to disagree when Mr. Sandeen says:
No, the correct pronoun remains "he." And hopefully, his fraud will be exposed in court, it will be shown that he has affirmed his gender as male.
So when y’all refer to me, the correct pronoun is she — I didn’t have that gender affirmation surgery for nothing, y’know?

Now There is No Question...
Well, now there is no question. In a new post, any question is removed. Here is what Mr. Sandeen has to say about wiener's this time:
Yes, and now we know what Mr. Sandeen means when he says, "As always, 'The weenie tempts you!' "
Our Wiener Story Of The Day: the Arizona Republic's Police urge holster use after man shoots his own penis:
As Chandler residents Joshua Seto, 27, and his fiancée, Cara Christopher, walked over to a Fry's Food Store for refreshments, he tried securing her pink handgun in the front waistband of his pants. The gun fired, striking Seto's penis and continuing through his left thigh. The bleeding started immediately and was heavy, according to police dispatch recordings released Sunday."He is still conscious, there is just a lot of blood," Christopher , 26, told 9-1-1 operators and dispatchers. One operator told Christopher to apply direct pressure to the wound with a dry towel or T-shirt, but to avoid looking at the wound...

The Other Pile of Idiocy From Bilerico
A transgender identified transsexual named Cristan Williams made some claims about the term "transgender." Now, the gist of this article is that the term "transgender" was used as early as 1970. The claim is also made that the word was embraced by none other than Christine Jorgensen who, it is also asserted, supposedly preferred it to "transsexual."
The purpose of all this seems to be to counter the fact that the term is attributed to Arnold Lowman, aka Charles "Virginia" Prince, who was the spokesperson for transvestites for years, and a person who bitterly despised transsexuals.
Okay, I see three problems with this article:
- The claims in the article are questionable. I honestly find it a bit hard to believe that the references are credible. It seems a bit suspicious that, just when the concept of "transgender" is on the ropes, there is this "sudden" and "convenient" discovery of the term being used to refer to transsexuals dating back to 1970. It also seems just a wee bit fishy that images of the articles are provided, not just quotes. That, of course, reduces the likelihood that someone would bother to actually check out the citations, which are almost all from obscure sources. I am not saying that they are fake, but it certainly seems possible, perhaps even likely.
- In most of the instances where the term is used (there are three exceptions) it is applied specifically to transsexuals. That does not really support the current "umbrella" model.
- It really changes nothing. Even if the citations are accurate...even if Christine Jorgensen actually preferred the term....even if some reporter, and some doctor actually used the term to refer to transsexuals on a couple of occasions, the term has taken on meanings that are still counter to the interests of transsexuals.

Sickening....Oh give me a break!
Now, DID is a highly controversial diagnosis. If it does exist, it is rare. A more likely explanation for all this is that the person involved was exposed as a fraud and is now trying to engage in a bit of CYA. Tobi Hill-Meyer over at Bilireco disagrees, but then that person was the last hold out trying to make the story true.
In any case, this has been yet another weird episode in the fantasy world of the transgender.

Sickening....The Sequel
The question I want to examine here is "Why did this story spread so quickly?" The answer is simple, the transgender community loves nothing so much as a fresh martyr. As I pointed out before there are those who want to glorify anyone who has the misfortune to get themselves killed. Yes, they see it as a tragedy, but they also seem to thrive on this sort of thing.
You can almost sense the disappointment that this is not another glorious death that can be used to promote the cause. What is missing in most reports admitting that this is a fraud is a sense of relief that no one has actually died.
Andrea James has a very interesting piece on spotting such frauds on TS Roadmap. And that is exactly what it appears that this story is...a very elaborate fraud that was over a year in the making. Apparently "Rachel Roo" is the latest in a long line of fake transsexuals. It appears that someone took the time to create a character, build up trust, and then came the final bit of fraud. A truly sad situation.
It should also be noted that fraudulent hate crimes are not unheard of. There have been several incidents in the LGBT community where people have faked attacks, claiming to be the victims of hate crimes that never occured. Such incidents only serve to give ammunition to those who oppose hate crime laws.
Thankfully, no real transsexuals were harmed in the making of this fraud. A few transgender activists wound up with egg on their face, but one would think they would be used to that sort of thing by now.

Sickening....
I am having a very difficult time right now. I am a moderator on another site and we have a Forum and we have a Chat. Raychel ‘Roo’ was 18 in March. She died in intensive care last night. One of our teen Moderators, she lived in New York and was a post op teenage girl, and a dancer. She was headed to the Juliette School in the Fall. Now she is dead.
Her father was killed and her mother lost her arm in a terrible car crash last month. At one of the trials on this, one of the lawyers outed her. Her town had a very negative reaction.
She had life threats, she and her mother. The police had them under protective surveillance. The police left at noon yesterday. By two o’clock she was assulted. Last night she died.
She rode her bike to go to the store. She never came home. They found her bike in a dumpster. Late that evening they found her. She had been assaulted with a sledge hammer, they think, judging from the bruises all over her body. Her knee caps had been broken. She had been gang raped. They buried her alive.
She worked her way out of the almost grave and crawled for three hours to get help. She was put in the ICU and given little chance to survive. Last night she died.
The facts are skimpy, speculation reigns. Supposedly kids from a nearby school came after her in a van. There were no fingerprints. She had no semen after the rapes so it shows premeditation as they used condoms. She was so beat-up her organs just went into shock and she died.
Our whole group is sick and horrified. I am having a difficult time just writing this. I need to for two reasons, to tell her story and to say ‘please be careful!’ Last night we lost a sister, and one of our own.
I first saw the story on Bilerico and I immediately suspected that something was amiss. For one thing, there was the fact that the story had not appeared in any news reports. In spite of the suggestion by Tobi Hill-Meyer that the media migh ignore such a story, that was the first problem I had with the the report. Second, was the suggestion that an 18 year old might be a post-op. That is possible, but somewhat unlikely. Then finally, there was the over the top part about her digging her way out of her "almost grave" and crawling for three hours. The whole thing just did not ring true.
Well, apparently it isn't. Laura's Playground has pulled the story, admitting that it is almost certainly a hoax. Other transgender sites, including Woman Born Transsexual have also admitted to being duped. Tobi Hill-Meyer seems to be the lone hold-out, admitting that there are questions, but refusing to admit that it is a hoax, reasserting the silly claim that such a story might be deliberately ignored by the media.
If, by some chance, any part of the story is true, it would, of course, be a complete tragedy. On the other hand, if as appears to be very likely, it is a hoax, then it is a truly sick one. In any case, this is an example of the sort of problems that can arise. A hoax can be spread quickly. People can easily be sucked in by the most outrageous of stories. Anytime you see something like this, you need to stop and question it.
